HPLC separation and purification

 

We invite you to commission us for services related to preparative purification using high performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC). Our "machinery park" consists of 3 preparatory chromatographs and 5 analytical chromatographs.

 

Preparative chromatographs allow flows up to 400 mL / min, while maintaining pressures of over 200 atm. We specialize in reverse phase HPLC separations on C8 and C18 beds in a water / acetonitrile system. The columns used with diameters up to 50 mm allow cleaning up to 20 g of substance in one approach. The cleaned fractions are usually subjected to freeze drying using a lyophilizer or crystallization. The obtained compounds are supplied in the form of trifluoroacetate salts, in special situations chloride or acetate salts.

 

Price of separation / purification service depends on the sample mixture to be separated. Usually, if the sample goes to separate 2-100% ACN (acetonitrile) in water using UV detection, then the preparative separation should also work.
